Ingredients:
4 Artichokes
3 nEggs
5 grams salt
To grams oil
Method:
The artichokes are washed and cleaned. After leaving the hearts of the artichokes in lemon juiced water they are diced. They are then fried in hot oil. The dish is ready to serve after the eggs and salt are mixed in.
