Ingredients:
1 KG Chicken
1 KG Wheat grains
Water
Salt
Preparation:
Cut chicken into equally sized pieces and put into a pot. Cover chicken with wheat (Must be thoroughly washed in advance), add salt and water the chicken and wheat must be completely immersed in water. Cook on low fire without stirring for three to four hours until wheat grains are soft. Add more hot water as required. Remove from fireplace when grains have softened, stir before the mixture cools. Remove chicken bones while stirring. Add more hot water to ensure homogenization of chicken-wheat mixture. Keep stirring until desired consistency is reached. Your meal is ready for service enjoy!
